Just a crappy sketch. Raph's been complaining to Mona that women should wear clothes, so she does adopt some shorts and a top/jacket, but forces him to wear pants. He's not happy.
This is mostly because I don't get why female animal characters are always usually clothed (they also look very human compared to the males), but if they're naked like the male characters then people complain. But the male characters run around butt naked all the time and no one cares or complains (I'm talking about things like Warner Brothers cartoons, Sonic, Regular Show, and even TMNT sometimes). So honestly I don't get that? I know Mona was human once so she's used to wearing clothes, but I hope I've made my point.

Very good point. But I guess that women usually have more curves, so they have a problem. Makes no sense to me, but whatever
