I've refrained from mentioning this, but I've seen a lot of people give notice to my TMNT OC Clover. Don't get me wrong, I'm surprised but happy that she's receiving positive attention. But honestly, I don't understand why. She has little to no character development, she's shown up the least in my TMNT themed drawings, and I have yet to actually give her a proper back story. And yet, I've seen people making up back stories for her, and even some have written stories about how she and Mikey hook up. Okay, she and Mikey have a "thing", but it's not all smooth sails as many seem to portray them. There are so much better, developed TMNT OC's out there, and I'm not kidding! But I just really want to know what's so good about her?
Im back
So I tried to study so I could find sturdy work but it didnt turn out well, I burnt out and I became really sick From stress. I ended up quitting the course to focus on my health and art again, as I’ve learned I literally can’t live without art or drawing. So I’m going to be a bit more active here and will be focusing on digital art and digital drawing. hope you have all been well and it feels good to be back.

Hey all! I've been kind of absent, a bit uninspired to draw and mulling over life. Been focused on work, and just today I applied for a Certificate 3 study for a childcare course. I've worked with kids for a decade, so it's definitely in my interest to pursue work with children. I'll be busy with that course for the next 6-12 months, maybe less but it's just something for me to work towards. So I will be a little bit more absent from deviantart from now on. Hope you are all well and thank you for sticking around. :)
New Deviantart SUCKS
I've noticed many people are no longer active on Deviantart and I can see why...this new format sucks. I hate it. It's difficult to navigate, slow to load, and the layout is confusing. I swear if I wasn't so dedicated to DA and all my friends are on here...-_-
Corona virus
So, I live in Australia, and we had 6 months of bushfires, we lost millions of animals to the fires. And everday we had to make sure we were ready to run in case the fires got too close to our houses. The bushfires were only officially put out a month ago. Then came the virus, and my entire country is going crazy, and going into lockdown.
I have just lost my job in nannying, as the family is going in isolation for who knows how long. It could be months to a year before I nanny again, I am unsure of my future...I am unsure how I will afford rent or food. I am looking into getting government funding as I have no income or a job, but that might

I spent a good majority of the night trying o find you. Last night, I actually got a little annoyed with my boyfriend for comparing me to Clover, and I admit the reason why is due to the whole "she's someone's OC, tht was painstakingly made by someone"
But what he said reminded him of me was that she's I to things like comics and is apparently just cool??? So I'm guessing that people like something about those aspects of her. Maybe it's just the lack of background gives people almost a relation to her, like "hey she likes things I do! And she's cool!!!" So it's almost like she gives them hope??? She's a fancharacter that people can live through, that's already made, and was created by someone who's really great at art... That's just my theory, though
