TMNT Melyssa OC concept

Just to clarify, that's not hair, it's a cloth/head piece, styled to look like hair. This is Melyssa, some kind of anthro-frog (I know she doesn't look like a frog, I'm still trying to figure out how to draw TMNT styled frogs) and she's nothing beyond an RP character, that was inspired by Megara from Hercules. Concept art, but I don't think I'll ever do anything with her, all I know is that she's sorta flirty, witty, and not exactly rooting for the good guys. (Megara-like, because she worked for the plot at the time)
