Anti adult and child romances

This has REALLY been bothering me. I am utterly against child/adult romance based relationships. Such as a child/prepubescent person with a full grown adult is disturbing, paedophilic and is not acceptable in most circumstances. (I understand other cultures and their perception of adulthood), but to celebrate and advocate a romance between one with the intelligence/mental state (or physical appearance) of a child/minor, paired with someone who is considered an adult (physically, mentally or otherwise) who is responsible for the initiation and going through with a relationship. This is immoral. I've seen enough of it (with the exception that the latter care for them enough to wait until they're of legal age of consent, this is ok... ) From working with children, I understand that they are innocent and should be allowed to enjoy that innocence (however society may sexualize this young gen). Kids are not emotionally and psychologically prepared for the ramifications involved in a romantic, physical venture, though many would like to argue the fact. *Sigh*
